ARTICLE 1. QUOTES
Quotes are based on vendor-supplied bill of material. Quotes are only valid for the term cited of 60 days. Pricing will be updated after the cited term. Please note that a purchase order (P.O) is mandatory for all approved quotes prior to the arrival of R P Solutions at the job site. If the P.O provided by the Vendor expires before the project Begins, a new P.O must be Provided and in turn a new quote may be provided by R.P Solutions. The vendor is required to specify the need for equipment (Scissor lift, Forklift, Generator.) R P Solutions is not responsible for permits and/or fees required by the city or fire codes. Vendors must make R P Solutions aware of a project cancellation in a timely manner.
ARTICLE 2. INVOICE/PAYMENT
Unless otherwise specifically agreed, invoice payment is required within the net term (10,30 days.) Past-due invoices will be subject to an interest rate of 5% per month of the past-due balance. If vendor chooses to pay using ACH, Vendor must notify R P Solutions. Checks are to be made payable to R P Solutions Co.
ARTICLE 3. JOBSITE
▪ Loading/Unloading areas are to be free and clear; any delays will result in a surcharge. Unloading material outside the warehouse will incur a surcharge. Delays in equipment delivery are subject to a surcharge for T&M per worker.
▪ R P Solutions is not held liable for any missing material. The contractor will be notified immediately of the missing material and discuss other alternatives. If RP Solutions must purchase additional material to complete the project this will be billed directly to the contractor.
▪ The minimum temperature required for job sites is typically 55°F or higher. Any temperature below this will result in an additional surcharge.
▪ To ensure proper installation, the customer must provide sufficient electricity, heat, and lighting within a 150-foot radius of the area.
▪ In the event that R P Solutions needs to provide a power generator, there will be an additional surcharge as stated in the agreement.
▪ In order for any additional tasks requested by the customer to be completed, both the vendor and R P Solutions must come to an agreement. The vendor is responsible for sending an updated purchase order that includes the additional labor required.
▪ At R P Solutions, we strictly adhere to OSHA's safety and security standards. However, in case the customer wishes to implement any particular labor or safety regulations at their site, they should inform R P Solutions beforehand to ensure a smooth installation process.
▪ At the completion of each installation or delivery project, RP Solutions will ensure that the worksite is left in a clean and safe condition. The client is responsible for any additional teardown requirements, including the removal of any old or unwanted materials.
ARTICLE 4. OUT OF STATE
If there are any unexpected delays and the cost of motel rooms becomes unstable, additional charges will be added for extended stays. Return trips will be charged at a $500 minimum. Out-of-town/ state charges may apply.
ARTICLE 5. CANCELLATIONS
All times stated in the Contract Documents are of the essence. Delaying the initial date of construction will result in a 10% fee of the total cost. The vendor agrees to provide thirty (30) days written notice to R.P Solutions for any change of start date. The Vendor must make R P Solutions aware of a project cancellation in a timely manner. If the Project Starting Date changes without timely notice, R.P Solutions holds the right to not take the Project as decided by the Vendor. If the Vendor decides to continue with R.P Solutions Services a new Start Date must be Agreed on by Both Parties, and upon agreement a New P.O must be Provided by the Vendor and A new quote will be assessed by R.P Solutions due to any Changes (Seasonal, Equipment, Hotel Cancellations, Etc.)
